Mary Helmutt a First Grader at Wicomico Day School celebrated her birthday on November 22, 2007 by asking her classmates and friends to help the animals at the shelter. Everyone at the shelter would like to give Mary a special thank you for her unselfishness and kindness.

Connor Hudson celebrated his 7th birthday by helping us support our animals. Connor unselfishly asked for donations in lieu of presents for him.

Macie Greene brought in Donations for her 8th Birthday. She asked for donations to the shelter in lieu of birthday presents.

Daisy Scouts from St. Francis De Sales lead by Kimberly Wilson brought supplies that helped us take care of all of our pets at the shelter. H.S.W.C. would like to say thank you for such a wonderful donation.

Lori Estes Pitts the Director of Client Services for Navtrak gave H.S.W.C. a wonderful donation. Thank you so much for caring and helping our animals.
This is Matt Waldman. Matt, a student of St Francis de Sales, celebrated his 13th birthday. Instead of lots of presents, this year Matt unselfishly asked that all his friends donate items to the Humane Society. The turnout for his party at Holy Redeemer Church in Delmar was fantastic. Here you see Matt with Animal Control Officer Glen Grandstaff and a view of the van load of wonderful items for the animals.
