He has been raised in a loving foster home around other cats, kittens, and dogs – so he is used to all things in a home, litterbox trained, and ready for all of the love. Balsam would love to go to a home with another cat or kitten to entertain him and keep him company. He’s so loving that he’d also make the perfect lap blanket for those cold nights.
