✨The Dogfather ✨

“A man who is not a father to his children, can never be a real man” -Brandon

Hey everyone, I’m Brandon and I figured I needed an updated bio as I’ve been in the shelter for 5 months now. As you may know, I came in with my baby momma and all my kids because we were left to fend for ourselves. Thankfully, all my kids and their mom got adopted- probably off to college now because I passed along some great genes. Now, I’m just sitting here waiting for my turn.

I am your typical handsome Pitbull- short, thick, muscular, and beefy. I clearly haven’t missed a day at the gym or my daily protein shake. I am around 2.5 years old and I haven’t had much guidance. I still display some puppy like behaviors because I was never taught otherwise, but please give me a chance to show you how smart I am. I’m a people pleaser so I do listen well with a strong leader, and of course some treats. I learned that if I sit and look cute these nice ladies are always giving me hot dogs or chicken jerky. My special little quirk is I grunt and snort a lot- I’ve been told I sound like a motorcycle revving its engine or I could be part pig, who knows. I love playing with toys and running around in the play yard. I need a patient owner, someone that will show me what it means to be a dog, since I was only used for breeding.

The shelter has these smelly cats walking around and I’m not a fan but I do like other dogs. A meet n greet would determine a future dog sibling. While I am enjoying my safe home at the shelter, it’s not where I want to be forever. I would love a home that would give me the guidance, consistency and some basic training to make me the smartest boy possible.

*We do not recommend Brandon to go to a home with small children since he is so strong and bouncy and could knock a little one over. Brandon weighs 74 lbs.
