Caesar is such a sweet cat, and he’s lucky he came to us when he did. He came in with severe lacerations under his arm due to his arm being stuck up under his collar. If animal control hadn’t caught him sooner, he may have ended up losing an arm! He’s an extremely affectionate boy, and he’s ready to find his home. He says he’s a little self conscious about being half naked now, but he can’t wait until his hair grows back 😉
