I am a 5 year old, Neutered Male, Rottweiler Mix.
Its hard not to fall in love with this gentle giant. Charlies a handsome sweet boy, who loves people and other pups, especially the females. This boy has not had the best life, he came into the shelter weighing only 57 pounds from a neglect case. The staff fattened him up slowly and he loves his treats.His future family will need to buy him a slow feeder bowl since he gobbles up his food. Charlie loves going for his walks and is gentle on leash. He needs a home that is understanding, patient, loving, and will help Charlie learn how to dog. Training would do him a world of good since he hasnt had the best upbringing and we can refer you to some of the best trainers in the Salisbury area. Hes sometimes hand shy and will flinch so the new owner needs to take it slow while still giving him the structure he needs to succeed. This boy needs a home that understands rotties and can give him the exercise, structure and love he needs.
Charlie may not feel comfortable in a home with young children.
