Oscar is a handsome, talkative boy who came to the shelter sadly when his previous owner’s health was declining. Oscar is a very nice, very snuggly boy who just wants love! He came to us with his kitty friend, Max (not available yet, but will be soon!), and he would love to go to a home where he can be with other cats. Oscar is a big boy looking for someone with a big heart!
