Penny is a petite little lady who is sweet as can be. She’s loving, snuggly, and spunky! Penny does seem to enjoy her kitty neighbors here at the shelter, so we think she would love to go to a home where she can have other cats to play with! She is not currently located in the cat room, so request to see her at the front desk if you’re interested in meeting her!
