Scruffy is certainly a terrier- he is bold and a bit bossy! Scruffy loves people and is such a sweetie but he does like to be the only four legged in the house. We do not feel he would do well in a home with children. If you want a small dog who will make you laugh and is the perfect driving buddy then Scruffy is your boy!
