Hello everybody I’m Winston!
I was found on Christmas Eve and was given my own Christmas miracle. I was taking a leisurely stroll and went up to this lady’s doorstep, thinking she might be cooking up some ham for Christmas Eve dinner. When she opened the door, I smelled nothing, so I played my favorite game-tag. Then this lady came and gave me endless amounts of cheese and the rest is history!
I was not looking my best when I came to the shelter at first but they took their time with me. I was pretty much bald, skinny, overgrown nails, and brown stains on my paws. Now, I’m much healthier although I’m still waiting for my hair to grow on my back end because I’m catching a slight breeze that makes me chilly.
I wish I could tell you all about my past but unfortunately I’m not to keen about it. I’m ready to move on to a bright future! I’ll be a loyal family member that’s ready to listen to your after work stories and crack open a cold one with you. I can also get you outside to enjoy the nice weather because I love walks! I have an endless stomach and I’m not picky- so I’ll eat whatever you give me! I need you to teach me how to dog because I wasn’t treated well in the past. In return, I’ll put a big smile on your face and show you all the love!
