“Join” 200-RYT Yoga Instructor and HSWC Event Coordinator Megan Koester at Pure Yoga for a guided meditation and intention setting workshop live from the humane society’s Facebook page on Friday, January 1st at 2 p.m.
All you need is your journal (or whatever you have to write on,) yoga mat or meditation pillow, and a quiet space to take some time for yourself.
You are welcome to set up your space however you’d like- candles, crystals, palo santo, etc.
Grab some water or hot tea and be ready to turn inward to start 2021 off intentionally and mindfully.
If you are unable to join live, the workshop will be recorded for you to access at any time after the event.
