Join Megan Koester at the Humane Society of Wicomico County for an all-levels vinyasa flow Thursday, November 19th at 6pm. Our adoptable cats from Kitty City will be walking around to join you during your practice. The cost for this event is a $15 donation. Anyone who is signed up for this event and adopts a cat will receive 25% off their adoption fee. Please come prepared with your own mask and yoga mat. Space is extremely limited. To reserve your space, call the shelter at 410-749-7603. Take an hour to slow down and go inward before the hustle and bustle of the holiday season.
