“Eight year old Warner Insley (business owner) in partnership with his brother – Everett (silent partner), mother – Megan (head crafter and chef) and father – Tonney (marketing director) has come up with a local business Bow Ties & Biscuits. The family recently adopted a dog from the Wicomico County Humane Society, Jett, and he has been the source of inspiration for this effort – not to mention the first customer. With extra time and entrepreneurial spirit on hand, Warner and his staff hand make Bow Ties for animals out of scrap fabric from mom’s craft cabinet. In addition, he and his mom came up with a delicious recipe for baked dog treats (ingredients include peanut butter, pumpkin puree and some other proprietary ingredients).
Each Bow Tie is custom made with a selection of fabric to choose from.
Every penny raised (minus production fees) goes to the Wicomico County Humane Society to help local animals like Jett find great homes like the Insley Family.”
Check out all these happy customers in their brand new bow ties! So cute!
