Ambrose is a handsome, high energy guy who just wants to be loved!
This sweet boy sadly came to us when one of our staff members found him stranded, all alone at the Dog Park. He’s a super bouncy, playful boy who will definitely need some training and structure to teach him how to mind his manners, as he doesn’t seem to have had much guidance or training in his past (understandable considering this poor thing was obviously dumped by his former owner).
Ambrose absolutely loves treats and is so treat motivated that training should be a breeze! He already knows “sit” and can’t wait to learn more commands. Ambrose is a fantastic walker on a leash, and doesn’t pull at all. He also loves the car so much that he jumped right in a crate in the back and then refused to get out when we got to our destination 🤣 He couldn’t believe he got to sit up front afterwards!
A dog-savvy owner would be the best thing for Ambrose, and an active household would also suit him very well. He is such a love bug and would make an excellent companion for someone! He isn’t a fan of cats, but he does get along with dogs (a meet and greet would be required for any future fur siblings). Come on out and take Ambrose on a walk this week to meet this adorable pup!
