Please call us at 410-749-7603 to inquire about meeting her. When you adopt a dog from a foster home, you’re really saving 2 dogs! (The dog you adopt and the new dog the foster can now take in.) Blondie can’t wait to come visit the shelter if it means getting to meet a potential family!

“From under a mobile home. When they removed the panel to do maintenance, she came out.”
We were all shocked to see this small naked pup’s condition when she arrived. Although we don’t know how long she was under there, she started opening up as soon as she was safe in her own room at HSWC. She loves everybody.

🐾No leash pulling right now. Easy walking mode
🐾Medium energy right now as she works to gain weight. Currently 49 lbs.
🐾Patient when getting a bath, even though she’s not a fan.
🐾Casual interest in dogs and cats.

✔️Dancing to 80’s music…Her favorite group ? well, that would be Blondie of course!
Blondie is taking apps for her furever people who will continue to help her recover. She is in good health, her fur will continue to fill in and she has been gaining weight nicely. She will need pretty sweaters until spring and we are feeding her 2-3 times a day in a slow feeder bowl so she doesn’t “woof” down her food. She gets spa days 1-2 times a week so her skin is not itchy. But she is pretty low maintenance and she has a delightful spirit.
Groupies and fans will need to contact the HSWC office to schedule visits and day trips during the week since Blondie is in a foster home right now. She will be available on Saturdays at HSWC if you want to drop in and give her a Valentine. She will certainly steal your heart.♥️🐾🐾💜
