Carmen is a gentle, sweet girl who’s still working on coming out of her shell here at the shelter. She’s very sweet, very easy to handle, and an overall nice girl to everyone she meets! We don’t know much about her backstory at all, but she’s looking for a home that will be patient and slow with her while she adjusts to her new home. Carmen currently weighs about 35 pounds.
