Just look at that face!! Chip is the cutest little puffball out there! He came in with his brothers, Dale and Zipper, from a rough situation where they all were covered in fleas. Chip is looking and feeling much better, and ready for his forever home! Chip is outgoing, sweet, and just the cutest guy ever.
