Dexter is a stunningly handsome boy who came in with his buddies, Jewels and Rosie, from a neglect case. He’s been patiently waiting for 5 long months for his court case to be done, and it’s finally his time to find his forever home! Dexter is timid with new people, and he’ll need you to go slow with him until you gain his trust. But once he likes you, he LOVES you! He’s a good boy, pretty easy to handle, and would thrive with an active family. Dexter may do better with bigger kids, just because he is so shy at first. He doesn’t have to be adopted with Rosie and/or Jewels, but they do all get along well. Dexter currently weighs 53 pounds.
