Elsie is such a good girl! We do not know her backstory, as she came in as a stray and sadly nobody came looking for her. Elsie is such a delightful little pup. She’s sweet, bouncy, playful, and sure to brighten up your day with her bubbly personality. And she’s crate trained and housetrained! Elsie will make a wonderful family companion, and is a great size for apartment living. Elsie currently weighs about 27 pounds.
