Everyone meet Lamby 🐑
Backstory: Lamby and her sister Meadow came to us after they were sadly abandoned – locked in a room together in a vacant house, with no food or water. And yet, somehow, Lamby is just the sweetest pup. Lamby used to be so shy you could barely get her out and about, but now she’s come out of her shell so much and just loves life!
Lamby was in a foster home for awhile and her foster dad said she has a puppy mentality so she loves to play and run! Just be careful and bend those knees or she may take you out in a game of chase. Lamby is house trained and crate trained. She will only bark in her crate if she has to go to potty. Lamby loves to go for walks and walks best on a harness. She is very friendly but also enjoys her down time with her foster dad. She would love a quiet home, filled with toys and lots of time to build her confidence.
Lamby may suffer from some hearing loss although she might just have selective hearing.Her foster dad reports she can have that typical stubborn Pitbull nature on walks- she loves to roll in the grass. If she is told “no” she will stop what she’s doing. Lamby is around 50 lbs. She is interested in other dogs so a meet n greet would be required if she goes home with a dog. She is interested in cats but with a slow proper introduction she should be okay. She would do best in a home with older children because she can startle easily.
