I am a 5 month old, Female, DSH.
Lodi and Lantana are ones for the record book. They came in on deaths doorstep with skin and respiratory issues. We worked tirelessly month after month to pull them through. They were fighters but it just seemed like one set back after another. This is why our shelter is special. Despite the number of cats and the odds that were stacked against them our staff would not let them go. We are so excited to finally be able to introduce this two to our adoption floor. Lodi has some scarring on one of her eyes but that only shows that she would not succumb to her illness and fought with the staff to pull through and get healthy. They are so playful and love each other’s company. They have only had each other for a long while. We sure hope they can be adopted together but mostly we want them to get into a home that will love them.
