How Sweet it is to be loved by Lu 🌼
Lulu (Mama Lu) is a sweet strong girl who was brought in with her 4 puppies after being found under a house. Mama Lu knows no stranger and was so happy to show off her babies to us. She immediately rolled over for belly rubs and her face looked like she was actually smiling! Mama Lu and her “Lu crew” of 4 puppies has lived in a foster home since being dropped off at the shelter. Mama Lu is a small gal, her baby crew is not. We are not sure the exact breed of her babies, but we do know they are quickly outgrowing her, Because of her being an EXCELLENT mama and feeding her babies well, she has lost some weight herself that we are working on gaining back. Aside from looking smaller at the moment, Lu is healthy and has her appetite back and better than ever! Mama Lu LOVES being outside and would be up for all outside adventures. She is the definition of a true cuddle bug. She has been around both dogs and cats. Cats she shows no interest in and dogs of course she’ll have to have a meet and greet with her new fur sibling. She is slowly getting use to car rides and loves taking a nap in the passenger seat occasionally checking in for head cuddles. She knows her basic commands like sit, and we are working on “stay” and “paw”. If you are looking for a low key adventure gal, Lu is your girl! LuLu will continue to stay in her foster home with occasional trips to the shelter until her Furever hoomans come and meet her. If you are interested in the sweet, sweet girl PLEASE call at least a day or two in advance to insure her fosters will be able to have her there and ready to meet you 😍
