Owen is a shy little guy who’s come a long way since coming to the shelter as a semi-feral kitty with his brother, Luke. Owen and Luke don’t have to be adopted together, but they do enjoy each other and they may be quicker to warm up in their new home if they have each other. Owen is still getting used to being held, but he’s getting there!
