Penn was a part of the vet school litter, but he started a bit later than the rest of his friends, so he found another buddy from a different class to hang out with. He is an extrovert along with Tuskegee, so they were fast friends. Kittens really like to have a buddy so they can practice their rugby moves. Come by a visit this highly educated fellows and they will tell you all about how cool vets are.
