“He seems excited by cats and dogs but easily redirected. He is somewhat jumpy or lacking some confidence which could be due to his new and unfamiliar environment at the shelter. He wants to be a good boy and checks in often to be sure he is doing what you want. Training will give him more confidence and once out of the busy shelter, he should become much more at ease.”
