I am a 4 year old, Spayed Female, Pit Bull Mix.
My name is Scarlett and I’m looking for my forever home, one that includes lots of cuddles and attention! I was returned to the shelter to no fault of my own. I do tend to have a bit of separation anxiety which is normal and can be worked through with the advice of our shelter staff and local trainers. Proper crate training and a calm mindset would solve that issue and my shelter friends can show you how to associate the crate with positivity. I’m known at the shelter for being sweet, calm, gentle, and docile. Sometimes, they forget I’m there because I don’t make a peep in my kennel! I have a lower energy level, I am a gentle walker. I really just love to be with people and am a lap dog. I’ve been taken on a few day trips and all the volunteers say I am the best girl ever, and I go with the flow anywhere I go.
