Sigmund came in with his brother Merlin seeking new lives when their owner fell on hard times and could no longer care for them. But now Merlin has been adopted without him and he’s wondering why he’s been left behind again. He is still adjusting to the busy HSWC life and would much prefer a quieter home, but he’s in our free roaming Kitty City and getting more and more used to all of the action. Sigmund starts off shy but his confidence grows as you ease into affection and nice conversations. By the end of your time, he wants more from you.
He loves his pets and chin scratches. When you try to leave, he pulls you back in with his adorable charm. He will be a wonderful companion in a home with someone who lets him know how amazing he is. He recently filmed his TV debut (check out his Pets on the Plaza news appearance below) and was so laid back and relaxed that they were able to film on the couch! He loved all of the attention while he was there, and would’ve lounged around getting love all day if he could have.
Sigmund recently had entropion surgery (his eyes were too painful to even open, the poor thing!) and how he says he’s even more ready to find a forever home now that he’s all healed up and good to go. He will certainly complete your heart with his gentle love, so come and spend some time and let him work his magic on you. We can’t wait to see him thrive in a loving and patient home.
