I am a 5 year old, Spayed Female, Lab/Pit Mix.
Sweet Buttercup has arrived just in time for spring. She has heard that this is sweet dog season, and she joins the cast of sweet and adorable females ready to put on their own production of spring into your forever home!
Buttercup has charm and delicate goodness for days. You will want to eat her up. She can be timid with new things. She can put on the brakes if she doesn’t know her surroundings, but she trusts easily and leans on her person to guide her to safety. It doesn’t take much coaxing to get her to open up. She is ok with cats and calm dogs. She gives off the vibe she could take them or leave them no matter. She is not showing us she loves to romp and play with dogs just yet. But she doesn’t mind checking them out, if they are not yapping in her face. Cats seem new to her. She politely tries to figure them out. She would do well in a home with patient easy going folks. Calm children without a lot of running at her. We will see where this journey takes her. She is opening up more every day and building her confidence as she is shown love and patience. Come and visit our sweet cup of butter- oops I mean buttercup! Not to be confused with her cousin -Reese’s cup, who is just as sweet but more calories.
You will certainly enjoy this delicate girl as you sit in the springtime sunshine, and she tells you how wonderful you are to give her some time. She may need a few visits to open up and show you all of her heart but after one visit you will certainly want to come back and see her again!
She weighs a healthy 53 pounds.
