Cipher is a big boy with an even bigger heart! He is one calm, cool, and collected kitty. He was sadly surrendered to us with his kitty family when his human family became homeless. He’s really hoping to get back into a home and onto a lap asap. He’s super sweet and enjoys his pets and head scratches as much as he enjoys lounging around and people watching.
